We would like to introduce our "Welding Jig for Construction Machinery" that we handle. This is a dedicated welding jig designed to accurately and stably hold workpieces during welding operations for construction machinery parts. It enables the fastening of parts to brackets, positioning of covers, and constraints in the lateral and vertical directions using hydraulic clamps, thereby stabilizing welding quality. The X-axis telescopic adjustment unit allows for adaptability to different models, reducing setup time.
